Student Placements at SHARE Community Program
The SHARE Community Program provides a welcoming and supportive environment for students completing placements in fields such as social work, healthcare, recreation, developmental service work, and community services. Our program offers hands-on experience working with individuals in a day program setting, allowing students to apply their knowledge while developing essential skills in communication, leadership, and person-centered support.

Developmental Service Workers at SHARE
Developmental Service Worker (DSW) students play a crucial role in our program by assisting individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their personal goals. At SHARE, DSW students:
Support participants in building life skills, social connections, and independence Help facilitate engaging and inclusive activities tailored to individual needs.
Learn hands-on strategies for providing person-centered care in a community setting.
